Frankly, Percival de Rolo wouldn't know moderation if it bit him in the ass. It clearly exists - other people are capable of it, after all - but he can't seem to do anything halfway. He leaps off the metaphorical cliff every time, given the chance to find what he wants at the bottom.
But Vex has proven more than adept at slowing him down lately. With rare exception, he's willing to listen to her even when he'd rather not listen to anyone.
