"Too many," he says, and it's rueful despite his good mood. Whitestone is a home in need of family - and while there's more love here than there has been in years, it's still nothing like it was. The two of them are a fine start, though, and if Cassandra meets someone, that won't hurt...and perhaps someday, there'll be children sliding down banisters and shrieking through the halls again.
